Q: What is the smallest size you can extrude?

A: We regularly extrude precision angles with leg lengths as small as 5 mm and wall thicknesses from 1.0 mm. Extremely thin walls (down to 0.5 mm) are feasible on certain alloys — consult our engineers for feasibility.

Q: Can you deliver strips cut to exact lengths ready for assembly?

A: Yes. We provide precision saw cutting with length tolerances down to ±0.1 mm. Strips can also be drilled, tapped, anodised, and laser marked — all before shipping. You receive components, not just raw profiles.

Q: Is hard anodising recommended for wear resistance?
