Our wood grain finishes are available in two premium systems. The 3D wood grain transfer process embeds the pattern into the powder-coated surface through vacuum heat transfer, producing rich depth and texture that replicates oak, walnut, teak, mahogany, and custom wood species. For exterior and high-UV applications, PVDF wood grain coatings provide industry-leading color retention and chalk resistance, making them ideal for façade cladding, sunshades, and outdoor furniture exposed to intense sunlight.
All profiles begin as high-quality 6000-series aluminum extrusions, manufactured in-house on our 35 extrusion lines. After precision cutting and any required fabrication, the profiles undergo a chromate-free pretreatment, base powder coating, and finally the wood grain transfer or PVDF application. The result is a durable, scratch-resistant surface that meets the aesthetic demands of architects and interior designers while fulfilling the structural requirements of modern construction.
